This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application "Passport Photo Maker" ("App"), developed and published by Passport Photo Maker Developer.

1. Overview

Passport Photo Maker helps users create passport-size photos, visa photos, ID photos, print sheets, and related photo outputs. The App works mainly on the user's device. We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal data.

2. Information the App Accesses

The App may access the following information only when needed for app features:

Photos and images:

The App allows you to select photos from your device gallery so you can crop, edit, enhance, resize, change background, create passport photos, create print sheets, save images, share images, and view photo history.

Camera:

The App may access your device camera when you choose to take a new photo inside the App.

Storage / Media files:

The App may access image files so you can choose photos from your device and save generated passport photos to your device gallery or app storage.

Local photo history:

The App may save local references to generated photo files, photo size name, output dimensions, and date/time so the Photo History feature can display your previously created photos.

3. How We Use Information

The App uses photos, camera images, and local file information only to provide the following features:

- Select a photo from gallery

- Capture a photo using camera

- Crop and adjust photo

- Enhance photo quality

- Remove or change photo background

- Generate passport-size or ID-size photos

- Create photo print sheets

- Save generated photos to your device

- Share generated photos when you choose to share

- Show locally saved photo history

4. Data Collection and Upload

The App does not upload your photos to our server.

The App does not use an internet connection to send your photos to the developer.

The App does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

The App does not collect your name, phone number, address, government ID number, financial information, precise location, or account login information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your photos or personal data with the developer's server.

When you choose to share a generated photo, the App uses Android's standard sharing system. In that case, the photo is shared only with the app or service selected by you, such as WhatsApp, Gmail, or another installed app. Your sharing action is controlled by you.

6. Permissions Used by the App

Camera permission:

Used only when you choose to take a photo using the camera.

Photos / media permission:

Used only when you choose a photo from your device gallery or when the App needs to read selected images for editing.

Storage permission:

Used on older Android versions to save generated passport photos and print sheets to your device.

The App requests permissions only for app functionality. You can deny or revoke permissions from Android Settings, but some features may not work without the required permission.

7. Data Storage and Retention

Generated photos are stored on your device only when you choose to save them.

Photo history is stored locally on your device. This history may include file references, photo size name, output dimensions, and creation date/time.

We do not store your photos on a developer server.

You can delete photo history from the App, delete generated photos from your device gallery or file manager, clear app data from Android Settings, or uninstall the App to remove locally stored app data.

8. Security

The App uses Android system permissions and Android FileProvider for safer file sharing. Since the App does not upload your photos to a developer server, there is no developer-side server storage of your photos.

Please note that no app or storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep app data limited to the device and used only for the intended features.

9. Third-Party Services

The App does not use advertising services or analytics services that collect user data.

If future versions add third-party services, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety section will be updated before release.

10. Children's Privacy

The App is not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at naraynjat.njnj@gmail.com.

11. Your Choices

You can:

- Deny camera or photo permissions

- Revoke permissions from Android Settings

- Delete generated photos from your device

- Delete photo history inside the App

- Clear app data from Android Settings

- Uninstall the App

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when app features, permissions, SDKs, or data practices change. The updated Privacy Policy will be posted on the privacy policy page and, where applicable, shown inside the App.
